5. Custom Fragrance Orders

Custom fragrance requests are reviewed and priced individually by our team. A quote is not an order — your fragrance is only crafted after you accept the quote and complete payment. Because each custom fragrance is blended specifically for you from natural ingredients, we cannot guarantee that a repeat order will replicate a previous batch precisely.

6. Orders & Payment

All orders are prepaid and are confirmed only once payment is verified through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers — all payment processing is handled directly by Razorpay.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped pan-India through our logistics partner, Shiprocket. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed; delays due to courier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
